Halloween

Well we survived Halloween. Every year the school has a parade thur all the classes. So the first pictures are of that. Hazel loved being in class with Liam. I on the other hand felt like it was too much work to have her. After 2 1/2 hours I had to leave fpr my sanity. That night the little kids and I helped out at the Monster Mash at the Elementary, Savannah got to go to her first Middle school dance (much to her mom's surprize, Dan said "Yes". Dan help our friends move out of our ward.
Saturday was more layed back after the morning run/ride to the bakery. (which I had to get out of bed to go pick uo all the wet traveler and bring them home.) Dan's sister Adrianna and family came up for the weekend and went trick or treating with us. I got to stay home and answer the door , wash dishes and make doughnuts. I did like the queit house however. Just in case you can tell that we are: Hazel-Strawberry/Liam- Indianna Jones/Autumn-Pretty Princess/ Savannah-Emma (jane austin)

First day back (finally)

We made it! Savannah was beaming all day. She just wanted to be with her friends again. The best part for her was Cross Country after school with Coach Clapp. He made a big deal about knowing her and how she did the STP this year. (She also liked seeing some elem. friends she hadn't seen in a while.)
Autumn was her witty self, and loved both of her teachers. Liam was ready for the long day. He will do good with his teacher Mrs. Gee this year. He also was happy to see so many friends from last year. (He also got this way cool homework folder- the highlight of his day)
Hazel and had a quiet morning and then off to Burger King for lunch- I couldn't think of anything better.
Dan did not want to talk about his day, so I guess it was a little overwhelming.

So day two is picture day for Savannah and she didn't want to mess her hair by riding the bike to school, but Dan made her do it anyway- just no helmet. She is going to butt heads with him a lot when she is a teenage.

hazel too cute for words

Hazel is now 4 1/2 months. She is so much fun. I know that she is the most peaceful thing about our lives right now. She smiles anytime anyone looks at her and we can't help but smile back. What would we do with out her. The kids and Dan have 8 more days of school.
Summer is here- heat wise. It's been a roaster. We put the swimming pool up already and I have been in twice so far. (maybe more than last year.)

Hazels rolls over

Today Hazel turned 4 months and with old age comes many milestones. Today she rolled over and I was ready with the camera, all because Liam had got an awesome hair cut that I thought I should hurray and show it off. (mainly to Grandma) So here it is.

Old McDonald had a farm!!

Well, I feel like my living in a farm. We now have 13 chickens. 9 of which are in my bathroom. It been great because I have been able to keep the cats out of my room. However I am done having my room smell like chickens. (I guess cats are better) Dan is spending way too much time on his coup. It should be done by now. But like anything his does he goes way over board. (kids play house on top)

A late Easter picture

I finally finished Hazels Easter dress so on Sunday and the kids dressed-up for me. I tried to take some pictures but had no real luck. Hazel didn't like the sun and wanted to eat. Liam wanted to sit where he wanted to sit. So I gave in and went to feed Hazel and gave the camera to Savannah. She took Autumn around the yard and took a ton of cute pictures. Liam wouldn't play her game. Autumn took some cute ones of Savannah, but Savannah deleted them before I could see them. I bet they were cute. So I guess I have to go to target now to get some pictures.
